Although sport climbing and bouldering are relatively safe sports, climbing is and remains a risk sport. Climbing Psychology is not responsible for the risks involved in implementing the exercises presented in this Masterclass. Climbing and safety knowledge are required. You are entirely responsible for yourself and your actions. This masterclass does not want to encourage you to take unacceptable risks, but more is meant to help analyse and understand risks. Only you yourself can decide which risks seem appropriate. If you decide to take risks, we recommend to do that step by step. The goal should not be to do the scariest risky action, but more so to learn something about yourself and your fear management. Please make responsible and deliberate decisions for yourself.
