A GOAL WITHOUT A PLAN IS JUST A WISH
We all have different goals in our lives in general. In climbing, for example they could be, wanting to achieve a certain result at a competition, achieving a milestone in outdoor climbing or wanting to get back to our old strength after an injury. A goal is a result we really desire to reach. We envision, plan and commit to it. It requires some kind of development - and for sure, hard work.
WHY MENTAL STRENGTH MATTERS
Climbing isn't just physically intense, it also requires a ton of brain power. Our brains are working hard to keep us balanced, motivated, safe and focussed. But what happens when we start to think too much? Is it possible to over-think?
